I had an issue with my pump their tech support really did know their stuff. They asked the right questions, walked me through it, and helped me figure out it was the impeller, not the controller. Not the controller, the impeller, which saved me from chasing the wrong problem.

I’m giving 4 stars because the reply took about a day longer than I was hoping for. That said, once they got back to me, they were helpful, helpful in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions. I’d still use them again.

I don’t usually trust customer service to sort it out after the fact, so I really needed the listing to be right. The size, fittings, and flow rate all matched what showed up, which was a relief.

The box was really thin and looked like it had been handled carelessly. I was surprised the items inside were still okay. They arrived fine in the end, but the packaging definitely could’ve been sturdier

I ordered a handful of reef tank supplies from marinedepot.com it was just nice to open the box and see everything was exactly what I picked out. Right sizes, right brands, nothing missing, nothing randomly swapped for something “close enough,” which has definitely happened to me with other places before and it’s always such a headache. The packing looked fine too, no issues there. It was just a simple, easy order from start to finish, and I never had to chase anyone down or contact support, which is kind of all I’m asking for. So yeah, 5 stars from me.
